Huicast Telecom Limited was founded in Hong Kong with a singular mission: to provide uncompromising network infrastructure and advanced AI solutions for global enterprises driving the next generation of intelligence.
In 2023, at 18, I founded Huicast Telecom in Hong Kong. What began as a BGP infrastructure company has evolved into a full-stack AI platform serving 50+ cross-border clients across three continents.

HDU Haining Research Institute
Established in February 2021, the HDU (Haining) Information Technology Research Institute is a joint initiative between Hangzhou Dianzi University and the Haining Municipal People's Government. Located in the Haining High-tech Development Zone, it aims to serve local enterprises, deepen industry-education integration, and promote university-enterprise cooperation.
Led by Professor Xiaodong Zhao, the institute strictly follows the integration of "government, industry, and research," focusing on advancing technological achievements transformation and serving as a demonstration hub for regional collaborative innovation.

BGP Edge Node R&D Initiated
Started development of the BGP edge routing system, laying the foundation for global network infrastructure capabilities.
CNN Image Forensics + Software Copyright
Completed CNN-based image tampering detection system. Awarded national software copyright. Joined RIPE NCC, MANRS, and engaged with NANOG.
Huicast Telecom Founded (Hong Kong)
Incorporated Huicast Telecom Limited. Began commercial operations in cloud infrastructure and BGP solutions. Started building and deploying RAG dialogue systems.
National Innovation Award + MIPT Scholarship
Won National 2nd Prize at China Youth Science Innovation Competition. Enrolled at MIPT with full Russian Government scholarship in Mathematics & Applied Informatics.
RIPE NCC Meeting + HDU Partnership + EU Hackathon
